What is a Help!! Service Club Membership?
Help!! Air Conditioning has been in business for over 50 years, so we have had a lot of time to learn about the services our customers need the most! Our membership clubs are annual commitments that were created for the most common HVAC service calls. We offer three types of memberships: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. They are completely different, and each has its own unique qualities with varying levels of benefits and discounts.
The Help!! Service Club Membership Levels
We want you to get the most out of your service club membership! The following are the tiers that we offer, and the exclusive discounts and benefits included in each program.
Silver Club Membership is the bare minimum membership program, but the benefits are still top-notch.
- 20% discount on all repairs
- Depending on which Silver Membership you have (there’s Tier 1 and Tier 2), you can get a once a year Super Tune-up on the complete system, or you may get a visit twice a year focusing on the air in the spring and heat in the fall
- Lower utility bills
- Comfort knowing all the safeties have been checked and are in great working condition
- Drain Lines blown out using nitrogen (This method has been proven to greatly reduce leaks.)
- Reduced Trip Charge
- Priority Service over nonmembers (A feature worth its weight in GOLD!)
Gold Club Membership is designed for customers with a need for increased service calls, drain cleaning, and freon.
