About Us

Help!! Air Conditioning has been in the business of keeping people comfortable while saving them money since 1968.  We’re more than just A/C enthusiasts, we’re pioneers. In our efforts to improve the comfort and well-being of residents across the Greater New Orleans area, we’ve achieved some incredible milestones in the air conditioning and heating industry.

Awards & Recognition

The Department of Energy presented Help!! Air Conditioning with the President’s Award for our collaborative efforts with the LSU Extension Service. Their study helped to prove that yearly maintenance can save you money on your electric bill and extend the overall life of your air conditioning system. But we didn’t stop there.

In order to provide the very best for our customers, Help!! developed a U.S. patent on the very first home a/c monitoring system as well as a patent for our own invention, the Talking Thermostat. With that, these efforts stem from us wanting more for our customers. We are the best because our customers deserve the best.

Our Mission

Help!! is a 2nd generation company that proudly provides top-quality materials delivered by honest and reliable technicians.  With that being said, we believe in the company our father started. So, we will continue uphold his tradition of providing our customers the incredible service they deserve using the highest quality products available.  We take your comfort and your family’s comfort very seriously which is why our promise to you is always: “Fixed Right or it’s Free”.

2022 Freeze and Your Heater This is a not so quick Public Service Announcement regarding the pending FREEZE and what to expect from your heater over the next few days.  Just like your air conditioner has trouble keeping when it 99 degrees outside with a heat index of over 105 degrees your heater will have some issues keeping up when the temperature drops below 30 degrees. And the wind chill will make the temperature feel even colder.  I’ll give some explanations by heater type and house construction type.
