HELP Air Conditioning understands the importance of being transparent with applicants. We would like to share with you our hiring process.

Steps to Becoming a HELP AC Team Member

  1. Apply online
  2. Phone screen, An owner will call to have a phone conversation to see if you meet our minimum requirements
  3. In Person Interview, This allows to meet you and gauge your personality and how you’ll fit in with our great family of techs
  4. Written Test We have a short test to see where you are in the experience category but don’t worry this test isn’t the main determining factor for hire.
  5. Welcome Aboard, If everything goes well we will invite into our family of techs.

 

Why is All This Important?

We will give you 3 reasons why this is important: 

  1. Our customers must win. How do we make that happen?  By making sure our customers win first and foremost by giving the best possible service at the best possible pricing.  We keep our customer comfortable while saving them money.
  2. Our techs must win. How do we make this happen? By paying competitive wages with a bonus program that’s paid weekly with no foolish games that other companies play for you to get paid.
  3. Company must win. If we make the first 2 things happen, then this is an easy one.  By doing our jobs properly there is no way this won’t happen.  When all goes well for the year, we can give back to everyone at HELP at the end of the year.
